Criminal Justice Research and Performance Analyst

Salary: A5 - £30,180 - £38,538 +LGPS
Location: Based at Harpenden, Hertfordshire

Position Type: Full Time (37 hours), Permanent

This is an exciting opportunity to support delivery of the Police and Crime Commissioner’s Criminal Justice Portfolio.

In the role you will support the development of the Police and Crime Commissioner’s Performance Monitoring Strategy and framework to include effective oversight of policing delivery and partners’ delivery of the Police and Crime Plan. You will use research and analysis to help the PCC hold the Constabulary and other key criminal justice agencies to account for the delivery of performance.

We are looking for an individual who has a degree in Maths, Statistics or Performance Analysis, or has at least three years’ equivalent experience in criminal justice performance. The individual should be a good communicator who can analyse complex data sets and disseminate the findings to suit a range of audiences.
