Hertfordshire Police and Crime Commissioner.
Commissioner's Office: 01707 806100

Customer Response Advisor

Salary: Grade A4 (£24,030 - £29,307) + LGPS
Position Type: Customer Response Advisor, Full time, Permanent
Location: Based at Harpenden, Hertfordshire

When David Lloyd was re-elected as Hertfordshire’s Police and Crime Commissioner in May, his platform included a pledge to improve the customer service experience of all of those who come in to contact with the police service in Hertfordshire. To help him deliver this, he is creating a Customer Services Unit and seeks to appoint experienced and dedicated Customer Service Assistants.

As the government is proposing a wider role for PCCs in handling complaints from the public, these posts will also be instrumental in delivering a customer service improvement strategy leading to a more customer service focused approach to policing within Hertfordshire.

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for those with a good understanding of delivering excellent customer service in a challenging and complex environment.
